Those of you living in the UK will know what the TATLER is already. For those of you who don’t: The name, which has inspired the title of this blog, is from the society magazine bearing the same name. Richard Steele founded the Tatler magazine in 1709. The current incarnation was founded in 1901 and is a glossy magazine published by Condé Nast. It focuses on the glamorous lives and lifestyles of the upper classes. I think the name is quite appropriate for a Scottie blog.

Why TATLER?
På engelsk betyr dessuten ordet Tatle: Report another's wrongdoing. Eksempel: He never tattled or told tales. Eller: I would tattle on her whenever I had hard evidence.
